Q: How does my 90-days free trial work?
Paid Cloud plans come with a 90-days Free Trial: you will not be charged for the monthly or yearly subscription, including any additional Members (Employees and Agents) on it, before the 90-days Free Trial expires. If you decide to continue using the subscription, you will only need to pay % from transactions (for Ever Platform) created during the Free Trial. Self-Hosted subscriptions and one-time licenses have no trial: they are charged at purchase.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
No. We listed all fees on this page. You are expected to pay a monthly or yearly subscription, % from transactions (for Ever Platform) and a fixed amount per month for each additional Member (Employees and Agents) not covered by the selected Plan in Gauzy Platform.
Q: What happens if I want to leave?
Please contact us and we will discuss possibility to make refund on case by case bases.
Q: Can I use my own domain name ?
Yes! You can do it with both Self-Hosted and Cloud versions for both platforms.
Q: What if I need more features, integrations or customizations ?
