Follow these steps to delete your account
Go to the login Page if you're not login
When you are on the login page, enter your login details, email and password.
Go to the account management page
Visit the following link: Danger zone Once you are on your account management page, click on the drop-down button next to the 'Ever-gauzy' logo.
After clicking, look for the 'Settings' link in the button that just opened.
Once the drop-down button has opened, you'll see in its menus a 'Setting' link, which is also a drop-down button, so the next step is to click on this 'Settings' button.
Open the 'Settings' menu, to find the delete zone.
Once you've clicked on the 'Settings' link, it will open and you'll notice a special 'Danger Zone' link in its sub-links - it's the jackpot!
You'll see two buttons on the 'Danger Zone' page
Once you're on the 'Danger Zone' page,The two buttons for deleting your data are: 'delete your account' and 'delete all data'. Once you click on this button, you'll get a confirmation modal to validate the deletion of your data.

Q: How does my 90-days free trial work?
You will not be charged for monthly or yearly subscription cost before 90-days Free Trial expire. You will only need to pay for additional employees (for Gauzy Platform) or % from transactions (for Ever Platform) created during Free Trial if you decide to continue using the subscription.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
No. We listed all fees on this page. You expected to pay monthly or yearly subscription, % from transactions (for Ever Platform) and fixed amount per month for each additional Employee (not covered by selected Plan in Gauzy Platform).

Please contact us and we will discuss possibility to make refund on case by case bases.
Q: Can I use my own domain name ?
Yes! You can do it with both Self-Hosted and Cloud versions for both platforms.
Q: What if I need more features, integrations or customizations ?
Ever Platform and Gauzy Platform are great to get started fast, but some Marketplaces and Business Management (HRM/ERP/CRM) platforms need more flexibility out of the box. Get in touch with us for all kind of customizations.
